　台北市衛生局今天說，稽查市售食用醋包裝標示，其中13件不符規定，違規原因為未標示全成分最多，其次是營養標示不符規範。

　衛生局食品藥物管理處長邱秀儀表示，衛生局專案稽查台北市大賣場、百貨公司、連鎖超市、雜糧行等，共計查核16件（含釀造食醋14件、合成食醋2件）市售食用醋包裝標示，其中13件標示不符規定。

　邱秀儀表示，分析違規原因，第一名是未標示全成分，有13件。第二名則是營養標示未符合「市售包裝食品營養標示規範」，有4件。其他違規原因還包括2件食用醋「未標示酸度及使用方法」、2件未標示「有效日期」、1件標示可能產生誤解。

　衛生局指出，違規產品已交由轄管衛生局依規定輔導改正，至於標示涉及易生誤解者，可依食品衛生管理法罰鍰新台幣4萬至20萬元。

　衛生局也表示，產品標示不符規定，並不代表品質有疑慮，民眾無須恐慌。1021105
